There’s music in the air at Toyosaki Seaside Park special stage this weekend as the 7^th Oyaji Love Rock Festival presents 18 bands.

Doors open at 2 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday, with shows on stage starting at 3 p.m.  Nine bands will perform each day.   Bands will be Stupid Dog, 38, Strippers, On the Do = Ro, Loose Loose, Riviera, Dezy, El-Bimbo, Carrot Kings, Big Mountain Band, Rose & Marry, Day Service Oogimi Band, L-Mono, The Wind from South GSG, Wakana & the Dirty’s, GYMM, KSBK and Ma-Ka-Band.

Tickets are ¥2,000 for a one-day pass.  Tickets are available at e-plus and Family Mart.  Presenting the first day ticket stub at the entrance Sunday allows entrance the second day for only  ¥1,000.

There’s more to the festival than just music.  The Oyaji Gourmet Festival takes place at the same time, with unique stalls.  Each stall has its own branch and operates the usual days, but this time, the stalls are set for special service and special menus during the gourmet festival.  Participating will be Hotel Hamby Resort, Jumbo Steak Han’s, Gochi-ya, Menya Putarou, Yamashita Dining Hall, Teahouse Hope and Yakitori Tomiton.
