Kevin Dorn is the lucky winner of this week’s JU raffle. He won a ¥3,000 meal card to Red Lobster restaurant.

Kevin is from Ft. Worth, TX, and has lived on Okinawa two years. He says that he hopes he does not have to leave Okinawa ever as he and his family love the place. “The people are friendly and open, we have great neighbors, and the beaches and snorkeling off the reefs is excellent,” he says.

He lists other favorites, too. “Shopping and Mexican food here are excellent, although my local favorite is Goya Champuru. The weather gest hot in the summer, but there are lots of pools to cool off.”.
