Okinawa DFS in Omoromachi, Naha City announced the lighting of the DFS Christmas tree will take place Saturday starting at 6 p.m.

The DFC tree is 12 meters tall and decorated with 2,000 lights.

Okinawa Governor Hirokazu Nakaima and former Miss DFS Okinawa are scheduled to attend the tree lighting ceremony. Students from Okinawa International School are scheduled to sing Christmas carols at the ceremony.
