Plenty Staff Co., Ltd., a local human-resource service company specializing in providing temporary staffing for the U.S. military bases on Okinawa and tourism related facilities, is planning to construct a business complex in Nishihara, Urasoe City, housing rental business offices, conference rooms, shops and other business facilities.

The new complex, to be called ‘P’s SQUARE,’ is scheduled to open in December 2015.  The company estimates the facility to create employment to more than 300 people. The total construction cost is about ¥1.6 billion, and the building will have six floors above the ground. The land area for the complex is about 8,237 square meters and the gross floor area in the building 4,366 square meters. The complex will include parking space for 250 cars.

The tenants include Kaiho Bank branch office, restaurants and retail shops, in addition to the head office of Plenty Holdings Co.

Plenty Holdings Co. CEO Toshimichi Hiyagon says, “Urasoe City has the second largest population in Okinawa after Naha City. We would like to take advantage of its convenient location close to main national roads and the Okinawa Expressway, and contribute to the regional development.”
