Like all triathlons, Navy’s Sprint Triahlon course consists of swimming, biking and running portions.

Spring is in the air, and Navy MWR Okinawa and Navy Sports Fitness are staging a Sprint Triathlon at White Beach on April 19^th.

The triathlon is not an open base event, but the Sprint Triathlon is open to both Americans and Japanese competitors and their families.  Entry to the base will be provided for Japanese participants and families.  The event begins at 8 a.m.

The entry fee is ¥5,250 per participant.  The triathlon is open to anyone age 16 or older. The registration deadline is April 9^th.  Registration can be done online at http://entry.mspo.jp/?ercode=WS15lang=en.
