Pizzeria da ENZO gears up for special culinary events

One of the newest Italian-style restaurants on the island, Pizzeria da ENZO serves authentic Naples Pizza and Italian-style cuisine made with local fresh Okinawan ingredients.

To compliment the menu is its location on Cape Maeda that offers a view so awesome that very few places on Okinawa come even close.

ENZO has plenty of space for the many varied events it has in its calendar.

ENZO would like their customers enjoy Okinawa’s natural beauty as much as the restaurant’s authentic cuisine. “The plan is to make our restaurant a good place for many people to gather and have a good time. That’s why we have planned many kinds of events to take place at Pizzeria da ENZO,” the manager says.

Actually, two of the events are going to happen already within this month. The first is called “Shades of Blue” that takes place this Saturday, Jun. 20th, from 6 to 9 p.m. It’s an event mixing a surfboard exhibition with the hot tunes of live reggae music and all-you-can-eat pizza, salad bar, and one drink. The cost is ¥2,500 either in cash or by credit card.

The next event this month is called “Nuchigusui Okinawa in Maeda”. This is an event to introduce Okinawan fresh vegetables, sea food, fruit, and more. “Nuchigusui” means “medicine of life” in Okinawan dialect, and the event is all about healthy lifestyle and foods.

But it’s not only about foods. The concept of the event is, “Let’s live healthy through enjoying fresh Okinawan food, music, full nature, and more.” The event takes place over the weekend of Jun 27th and 28th, and includes “Marce (market),” Vegetable Sommelier Seminar, cafe time, party with live entertainment, and a Japanese language Coffee Seminar.

Marce is open on both the 27th and 28th from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Vegetable Sommelier Seminar takes place Sunday, Jun. 28th from 1 to 2 p.m., and the café time is on both days from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.

The Party & Live ends the weekend on Sunday from 6 to 9 p.m. and costs ¥3,500. The price includes a buffet dinner and one drink. Sobe Po-Po and Reimie entertain at the party and promise an awesome time for all participants.
