World Heritage Site features afternoon of Eisa, fashion and music
Gusuku-no Hibiki – Beat of the Castle is a unique Eisa festival that takes place at the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Nakagusuku Castle Ruins on Sunday, Feb. 28.
Besides being an Eisa festival featuring five Eisa groups from five districts that have a connection to World Heritage sit castles on Okinawa, the program includes life music performances, a fashion show and historical procession featuring each of the five castles. Fireworks and laser show end the day.

Organizers of the event aim at promoting Nakagusuku Castle Ruin site.
The event starts at 15:00 and runs through 21:00 at Nakgusuku Castle Ruins Park. Admission to the event is free. As there’s practically no parking et the venue, temporary parking areas are at Narita-san temple and Yoshino-ura Park. Free shuttle buses run between the parking areas and the Nakagusuku Ruins Park on the day of the event.
