The International Sports Day features plenty of activities, including a tug-of-war.

Ginowan City International Friendship Exchange Association and Okinawa NGO Center are organizing a Global Sports Day on Saturday, Jul. 2. The event will take place at Ginowan City Gymnastics Center at 4-7-13 Isa, from 14:00 to 16:00. Admission to the event is free.

The goal of the event is to deepen relations and exchange friendships with people from many countries through sports. The event program features an Okinawan-style tug-of-war and sports events and games from Nepal, Spain and Iran among others.

This event is a good opportunity to make international friends while enjoying sports. Everyone regardless of nationality is invited to come and bring friends and family to have fun together.

Those planning to come should bring indoor sports shoes and drinking water with them.
