A 21-year-old student of Japanese language from Nepal was found dead lying on a sidewalk in front of a student dormitory on Highway 58 in Nakanishi, Urasoe City early Tuesday morning.

According to Urasoe Police, another student living in the same dormitory discovered the male Nepali bleeding from his head and called the emergency number. The student was taken to a hospital where he was confirmed dead about an hour later.

Investigators suspect that he fell over from the dormitory. An investigation to the accident continues. According to school officials, the students were having a party in the dormitory, and he drinking alcohol with his friends and became sick. A witness reportedly saw him lean on the railing of a balcony before he was discovered lying on the street.
