White Fish Fry (Serves 4)

Ingredients (for 20 pieces)

  • 1 pack white fish fillets

  • 1 egg

  • 3 table spoons of flour.

  • 3 table spoons of bread crumbs

  • Dash of salt and pepper

  • Dash of tartar sauce

 

How to cook

1. Rub salt and pepper into the fish fillets.

2. Beat the egg.

3. Dip the fish fillets into flour, egg and bread crumbs in that order.

4. Fry the fillets in 180-degree oil until golden brown.

*Any white fish is fine, but prefer boneless.
