Chikuwa (Fish sausage) cheese roll (serves 2)
- 2 sticks of Chikuwa (fish sausage)
- 1 sheet of sliced cheese
- 1 sheet of Nori (roasted laver)
How to cook
1. Cut chikuwa open lengthwise with kitchen scissors.
2. Fold the cheese slice in half, and cut the laver into same size as the cheese.
3. Roll the fish sausage in the cheese and laver, and wrap tight in plastic wrap.
4. Heat in micro oven at 500W for 20 seconds.
5. Unwrap and cut into bite-size pieces after the roll cools down.
