Tofu Hamburger (Serving Size 4)
- 250g ground beef
- 150g soft tofu
- 20g bread crumb
- 1 tbs soup stock
How to cook
1. Knead the ground beef, tofu, and bread crumbs along with the 1 tbs of soup stock together to the make the hamburger dough.
2. Separate the dough into 8 pieces and form them into a round circular shape and place them on a dish to be put into a microwave.
3. Microwave the hamburger doughs at 500 Watts for about 6 minutes.
4. After cooking, add cheese topping or a sauce of your choosing
