Ginowan Police arrested a 14-year-old junior high school boy on a charge of theft on Nov. 17. Police say that the boy stole a mini-car from a factory in Onaha district of Nishihara Town on Nov. 14.

The boy caused an accident on a village road in Nakagusuku, and a resident who saw the accident called the police. The police officer who responded to the call and came to investigate noticed the mini-car was reported stolen, and the officer then arrested the boy.
