A 62-year-old construction worker fell to his death at a work site in Maehara district of Ginowan City, Dec. 15.

According to Ginowan Police, Norio Kurane had been working on a platform when he slipped and fell from about 1.8 meters high.

Kurane was taken to a hospital, but he died later on the same day.

Ginowan police are investigating the cause of the accident.
