KIP introduces Viva Mexico! To Okinawa
Viva Mexico! Koza International Plaza is helping Mexico celebrate its independence on Sunday with a special afternoon presentation at its Okinawa City premises.
KIP will be presenting studies of Mexican culture and history from 2 p.m. ~ 4 p.m. Sunday, with a promise of keeping it an afternoon of lighthearted educational fun. No matter what the age, KIP invites everyone to the event and join the celebration.
A Pinata, a mainstay in kids playing in Mexico, will be set up, along with a Mexican quiz corner. On the entertainment side, enjoy the performance of the Ballet Folklorico Mexicano de Okinawa. There will also be a dance lecture and other activities.
All activities take place at Koza International Plaza at Palmyra Street within the Ichibankan shopping arcade (near the north end) in Okinawa City. AGUAS FRESCAS, (Mexican drink or food), and FRITOS MEXICANOS (light snacks), will be available. There will also be a game event where visitors can win special gifts.
