Nissan Motor Co., Ltd donated an electric vehicle Nissan Leaf and a power charger to Tomigusuku City, Dec. 24. The vehicle will be managed by Tomigusuku Tourism Association.

Tomigusuku Mayor Haruki Gibo said he has high expectations for the new vehicl, “We will make use of this donation by sending out the message of the importance of eco tourism.”

A presentation ceremony was held at Tomigusuku Michi-no-eki Dec. 24.
