Uplifting gospel musical coming to Kadena Town Office
The inspirational gospel musical ‘Lord, Hear My Cry’ will be performed mid-February at the Kadena Town Office.
The musical production takes place at 7 p.m. Friday, February 14th, featuring some of the best gospel talent on Okinawa. A dozen gospel songs will be presented by dynamic gospel soloists, special guest choirs and actors from local churches throughout Okinawa, as well as from the United States.
Admission is ¥600 or $6, with tickets available at the door. Doors at the Kadena Town Office will open at 6 p.m.
Organizers explain this gospel musical production teaches about the love of Christ and how God will forgive us of our wrongdoing (wrong choices), because God does not hold anything against us. All people have to do is accept him. Moreover, says a production official, the program is designed to assist in learning to build a relationship with God as well as with one another, taking everyone on a journey that will be uplifting and bring inspiration to the soul.
Doors open at 6:00 p.m. – Admission is ¥600 or $6.00 per person – Tickets are available at the door.
