An All Nippon Airways attendants whose job was to check passengers’ carry-on belongings, bungled the job completely on Jun. 28.

Instead of running passengers’ pet bottles through the inspection machine, they just handed them back to the passengers. This forced all passengers on ANA flight 92 heading for Haneda Airport in Tokyo to undergo through the inspection again.

Because of this, many other flights were also delayed, affecting about 1,000 passengers.
