A survey conducted by Naha City Kokusai Street Promotion Association revealed that tourists from overseas would like to have more nonverbal entertainment that they could enjoy without knowing the Japanese language.

The survey was held from Mar. 1st to 12th and 102 foreign visitors, mostly from Taiwan and China responded to the questions in writing. The most desired entertainment in the Saion Square area in Naha City was dance and other live performances that are nonverbal and could be enjoyed by tourists from any country.
