Just before opening the new hotel for business on Jul. 2, Hilton Okinawa Chatan Resort officials announced on Jun. 28th that they would construct a resort wedding chapel on the land next to the hotel.

The construction work is scheduled to begin in October and the facility should be operating by next summer.

According to the plans, there will be two chapels; one will be about eight meters high and have a 10-meter-long aisle, the other chapel will have a capacity to hold up to 90 people.
