A 19-year-old woman riding on the back of a motorcycle driven by her brother died when the bike hit a curb and crashed in Ahagon, Itoman City, Monday evening.

According to Itoman Police, the 23-year-old brother, a part-time worker who drove the motorcycle, was only slightly injured. The woman, Maya Tono, a technical school student, was taken to a hospital where she died about an hour and half later.

Itoman Police are looking into the cause of the accident.
