Inochigusui no Yu spa was opened inside the Yambaru Manabi no Mori (Yambaru Discovery Forest) on Jul. 22nd. Yambaru Manabi no Mori is a facility in Aha, Kunigami Village, built to allow people explore the wildlife in the area and offer camping facilities.

Inochigusui no Yu is a hot spring spa that offers baths with medical herbs that are claimed to alleviate various ailments.

Patrons enjoying the hot spring can admire the relaxing view of the Yambaru forest in front of their eyes while immersed in the soothing herbal bath to relieve stress and tension of their aching muscles.

The facility has two hot herbal baths. One is of 215-square-meter-wide pool that has space for 10 adults to enter at the same time. The other is a small bath with space for one adult and two children.

For now, the spring is only available to customers staying in the facility although future plans call for it to be open to everyone.

The hot spring hours are from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
