Mega karaoke contests make their rounds from tonight through Nov. 29 finals.

Mega Karaoke is back by popular demand, and preliminary rounds are coming to MCCS clubs on Marine bases.

The preliminary karaoke round was held at 8 p.m. at Thirsty’s on MCAS Futenma.  Competition continues on Oct. 14^th at the BeachHead on Camp Schwab, Oct. 15^th at the Bayview on Camp Courtney, Oct. 16^th at Camp Foster’s Ocean Breeze, and Oct. 18^th at the Surfside on Camp Kinser.  Registration for the rounds take place at 7 p.m. at each respective venue, and a maximum 25 participants is accepted in each round. Mega Karaoke participants may select their song from the list available from the karaoke DJ. Mega Karaoke is open to all SOFA ID cardholders 18 years of age or older. Preliminary round winners will meet at the finals Nov. 29^th at 8 p.m. at the Ocean Breeze on Camp Foster.  Contestants will be competing for over $1,000 in cash and prizes.
