Graduating students at 60 high schools in the prefecture celebrated yesterday as they were handed their diplomas.

A total of 14,332 students graduated, of which 13,731 had been students in full-time high schools, 149 graduated after completing part-time courses and 164 did their studies through correspondence. 288 students graduated from special schools and through advanced courses.
