U.S. soldier nabbed for DWI after driving wrong way
Naha Police arrested 28-year-old U.S. Army soldier Curtis Mann stationed at Camp Foster, on suspicion of driving intoxicated on a street in Kumoji, Naha City, Sunday.
According to Naha Police, a police patrol spotted Mann driving a one-way street in the wrong direction about 6 p.m. on Aug. 2nd. A subsequent breathalyzer test showed about four times the legal limit of alcohol in his breath.
Mann has denied the charge and insists, “I can’t believe the figure is that high.”
