Foremost Blue Seal, Ltd, a local ice cream making company, announced that it will close restaurant ‘On Dish’ that the company runs on Dec. 31st, and replace it with a new facility where people can try their hand in ice cream making. The company plans to open the facility in August next year. Details of the new facility will be decided in the near future.

Company officials added that they are planning to have a sale event in appreciation of On Dish customers.
