Organizers of the 11th Tokashiki Marathon scheduled for Feb. 6th, 2016 are now accepting runner registrations.
The demanding course winds around the island with 90-meter elevation-difference along the way. In addition to the half-marathon, the courses include a 10, 5 and 3km races.
The deadline for registrations is Dec. 25th, but the registration will be closed when the number of applicants reaches 800. Organizers note that as of Dec. 3rd, 530 people have registered for the event.
