Asset management company Japan Reit Advisors Co., Ltd, announced that they have reached an agreement to purchase the land and buildings of the Loisir Hotel & Spa Tower Naha. The cost for acquisition is ¥20 billion yen.

Solare Hotels & Resorts that currently manages the hotel continues to be in charge of the management, and there will be no change in employment and hotel services.

As a reason for the acquisition, Japan Reit Advisors explained that they evaluated the easy access from the airport and downtown Naha City to the hotel, and its high reputation.

Japan Reit Advisors Co., Ltd. currently owns three hotels and commercial facilities in Okinawa, including Hotel JAL City Naha on Kokusai Street.
