Felice Co., a company that manages business hotels in Naha and elsewhere in the country is planning to construct a new hotel in Yamanoha, Nago City.

The company is currently waiting for a development license for the new hotel that would be named ‘Yamanoha Resort Hotel,’ and plans to start the construction this summer if everything works according to the plan. The company aims to open the hotel in winter 2018.

Felice Co. cooperates with the Central Group of Thailand, which owns about 50% of Felice. The company targets tourists from Southeast Asia, mainly from Thailand.

The hotel site is about 4,300 square meters in area. The four-story hotel will have about 60 guest rooms, restaurants, pool and spa. The average price of a guest room is planned to be around ¥20,000 per night.
