Radical Okinawa Co., Ltd., the publisher of a free Okinawan job search magazine has published a list of companies ranked according to the preference of new graduates.

San-A was voted for the most desirable place to work for the fourth year in a row, while Okinawa Bank was on the second place and the Bank of the Ryukyus was ranked third.

Radical Okinawa based its rankings on a survey of new graduates at a joint job fair that took place at Okinawa Convention Center on Mar. 7th. 512 graduates provided answers to the questionnaire.

Thanks to the good image of the bank’s new head office building in Naha, Okinawa Kaiho Bank was voted for the fourth most desirable place to work. It’s rank rose to the fourth place from 13th last year.
