Terrace Hotels, the operator of luxury hotels on Okinawa, is scheduled to open its 5th hotel in Uza, Yomitan Village, on Mar. 15th.

The Uza Terrace Beach Club Villas is the first villa-type hotel of the Terrace Hotels group. It consists of 48 independent villas, each with a private pool, plus a restaurant, bar and gym in a separate building.

The hotel that targets wealthy customers offers four types of guest villas priced from ¥120,000 to one million yen per night. The hotel area covers 28,639 square meters.
