Maabou-Hechima
(for 4 persons)
・1 Hechima
・1/2 Carrot
・1 Green pepper
・100g Ground meat
・1 Bag of fried eggplant in Chinese chili sauce
Directions
1.Wash and peel the hechima and carrot and chop into bite size pieces.
2.Cut the green pepper into bite size pieces.
3.Put oil in a pan and fry the ground meat, add vegetables when cooked.
4. Continue cooking on small heat, and when moisture starts to leave the vegetables, add the bag of fried eggplant in Chinese chili sauce.
5.Mix gently. When everything is thoroughly mixed, the meal is ready.
