A heavy truck rolled over in front of the toll gate of Okinawa Expressway Nishihara Exit Monday morning.

According to Okinawa Prefecture Traffic Police, the fallen truck spilled cardboard boxes filled with canned pineapples scattered all over the road.

The accident caused the exit of the Nishihara interchange to close for about two and half hours from 10:30 a.m.

Reportedly, the driver of the truck who is in his forties was not injured, and other vehicles were not involved in the accident.
