A part-time worker in Tomigusuku City’s Takayasu district is under arrest, charged with violation of Okinawa Prefecture’s Youth Protection Ordinances.

The 36-year-old man, Kei Hirata, is accused of taking liberties with a 16-year-old girl, knowing she was under 18 years of age.  The arrest on Monday charged Hirata with having relations with her, knowing she was under 18, at a rendezvous at Naha City’s Tsuji district on August 2^nd.
