Naha Police arrested Thursday a 49-year-old off-duty taxi driver on suspicion of an indecent assault.

Police arrested Tadashi Ishikawa, who is suspected of grabbing the breasts of a female taxi driver after she stopped her cab Ishikawa had been riding as a passenger around 5 a.m. Thursday.

According to police, Ishikawa who was drunk forcibly touched the driver’s body. The driver was not his acquaintance.

Ishikawa reportedly denies the charge.
