A Mixed Martial Arts expert is coming to Okinawa in October to conduct a Certification Course on developing cutting edge Mixed Martial Arts strength and conditioning training programs.

The trainer seminar and certification testing by Coach Kevin Kearns takes place at the Capoeira Academy Okinawa on October 20^th and 21^st.  Kearns’ program addresses physical, mental and spiritual approaches for any sport, as well as specifics on training clients or military or law enforcement units.  The course is open to sports coaches, Martial Arts teachers and students, personal and group trainers, cross fit and functional fitness trainers, and those wanting to revolutionize their workout routines.
