Eight entertainment stages will be spread across the Kanaderu Park Music Festival site Saturday for the quarterly event that promises “Funny Music & Yummy Food”.

Stages with music, face painting booths, used record and CD shops, yukata and kimonos are featured at the noon~~ 8 p.m. festival on Chuo Park Avenue in Okinawa City.  The Kanaderu Discount Sale will be in effect, and all items at Chandelier Boutique will be 50% off.

Kanaderu Park is a music festival organized by Chuo area live houses, music schools, restaurants, cafes and bars, mixing the American atmosphere with people time, and sometimes even an American barbeque.  Organizers say they think of everything as they reintroduce the area communities to the live houses and businesses operating in the neighborhood.  They even provide an hour’s free parking to encourage people to visit the event.
