It’s not coming to shoppers in the very near future, but when land now part of the Kadena Ammunition Storage Area is returned to Japanese control, San-A is ready.

The supermarket giant says it will build a store at the Owan Higashi area land rezoning site starting the second half of 2014. The new branch will be on par with the San-A Oyama City scale. It will cover 23,000 square meters, with the branch floor area stretching about 10,000 square meters.
