A man approaching from behind snatched a shoulder bag containing a bank cash card and ¥30,000 in cash from a 42-year-old woman who was walking on a street in Nodake, Ginowan City, on the afternoon of Jan. 17.

After snatching the bag the man ran to a motorcycle that was standing ready nearby with an accomplice, jumped on the rear seat and the cycle took off.

The woman was not injured.

Ginowan police are searching the men’s whereabouts.

According to Ginowan Police, one of the men is 175cm tall, medium build, and was wearing a white jacket and pants and had short hair.

The other man is looked to be in his 20’s, was medium build and wore a black jacket.
