A mini-truck hit a man crossing the road in Ozato, Itoman, Mar. 14. The victim suffered a head injury, but the mini truck did not stop, but drive away from the scene.

According to Itoman Police, the mini-truck was traveling from the Komesu district towards Tomigusuku when the accident happened. Police say that according to witnesses the mini-truck is white, and turned towards Kuniyohi area as it sped away.

Itoman Police is looking for the driver with the aim of charging him with a hit-and-run offense.
