Army Sergeant nabbed for DUI
Kadena Police nabbed another American serviceman on suspicion of driving under influence, Wednesdayk, shortly after midnight.
The police say 30-year-old Sgt. First Class David Wittwer stationed at Torii Station in Yomitan has refused to talk investigators since his arrest.
Police say a police patrol stopped Wittwer about 12:10 a.m. when he was driving a car in Chatan.
A subsequent breathalyzer test showed that he had an alcohol level of about four times the legal limit in his breath.
