Nago Police arrested a 21-year-old unemployed man, Yoshinori Higa, Tuesday, on suspicion of for a hit-and-run accident involving two men on a motorcycle hitting a pedestrian, on Oct. 16^th in Higashi, Nago.

When questioned, the suspect admitted to being the driver of the motorcycle.

When the motorcycle hit a man a man crossing the street late evening on Oct. 16, the two men riding the motorcycle ran away on foot from the scene, leaving the slightly injured pedestrian and the motorcycle behind.
