The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism decided at a meeting, on Mar. 26, to introduce a sign indicating a priority space for baby carriages in trains and buses where they don’t need to be folded up.

The ministry will call local governments to post these signs at wheelchair spaces, train station elevators and other such places. The aim is to support the child-raising citizens.

There’s also a sign indicating where baby cars should not enter.
