Domino’s Pizza to open first outlet in Okinawa

Domino’s Pizza will open its first outlet in Okinawa on Hwy 23, also known as the Kokutai Road, on Mar. 28th, in Chatan. The company plans to increase its outlets in Okinawa further in the near future.

The first Domino’s Pizza in Japan was opened in 1985 in Tokyo, from where it expanded to the Kansai and Kyushu areas. It opened its 200th outlet in Japan in 2011.

The Chatan shop will be open from 11 a.m. to midnight. As for their opening campaign, the four-topping pizza “Cuatro”, for which the customer can choose the toppings from six different ones, will be discounted 30 to 40% off its original price. Also, those who order two pizzas, can have a 3rd one for free.
