Ginowan Police arrested a 62-year-old Ginowan resident Naoya Shimabukuro, Sunday, on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Police say that Shimabukuro, who claimed to be a doctor, had about five times the limit of alcohol in his breath when he was stopped about 11 a.m. at Shimashi in Ginowan City. He’s admitted having drunk alcohol previous night, but disputes the alcometer reading, claiming “it’s impossible.”
