Orion Breweries, Ltd. purchased the commercial building “Toyosaki Lifestyle Center TOMITON” in Tomigusuku, including the land, according to the announcement by the company on Jun. 6th.

The exact purchase price of the property was not announced, but sources familiar with the deal said that is was likely to be slightly over ¥3 billion.

The ownership was transferred from a company in Tokyo to Orion. According to Orion officials, “with Orion becoming the owner, the facility administration will meet the needs of the tenants’ rising expectations.”

Tomiton has about 30,000 square meters floor space.
