Ishikawa Police arrested a 44-year-old unemployed woman, Rumiko Nakamura, of Yonabaru, on suspicion of injuring a four-year-old girl after she collided with another car while driving under influence on Route 329 in Ginoza,  Friday evening.

According to Ishikawa Police, Nakamura while overtaking a car in front of her strayed on the opposing lane colliding with an oncoming vehicle. A 4-year-old girl riding in the oncoming car suffered a cut on her head on the impact. Her 73-year-old grandmother who was driving the car was not injured.

Investigators who arrived at the scene administered a breathalyzer test to Nakamura that shoved about twice the legal limit of alcohol in her breath.
