Young biker without license crashes with police bike
A 17-year-old unemployed boy driving a motorcycle was chased by a motorcycle patrol of the Prefectural Traffic Mobile Unit, and collided with one police patrol bike that cut in front of him on a street in Ishikawa, Uruma City, in the morning of Apr. 24th.
The boy who lives in Okinawa City fell down on the ground and suffered minor injuries on his right hand. The 29-year-old police officer who was driving the patrol bike was not injured.
The boy was arrested for driving without a driver’s license. According to Ishikawa Police, the boy collided with the patrol bike when the police was trying to overtake the boy’s motorbike because he was driving too close to the police patrol bike.
