The 37^th Expo Park Summer Festival that took place at the Ocean Expo Park in Ishikawa, Motobu Town, Jul. 18th, attracted record crowds to the largest fireworks show on the island.

According to an event organizer, 41,300 people from all around the island visited the festival.

As the novelty of this year, dolphin and sea turtle motif fireworks were set off for the first time ever. When the main fireworks ‘Niagara Falls’ started, people erupted with shouts of joy.

In addition to the fireworks, various kinds of events were held at the event site in the course of the day in the festival.
