Marine arrested on suspicion of stealing package of steaks
Okinawa Police arrested Sunday a 21-year-old Marine Sergeant on suspicion of theft.
Police say that a supermarket staff had caught him red-handed stealing one package of beef valued at ¥1,100 from the store in Kitamae, Chatan, a little after 6 p.m. on Jul. 19th.
The sergeant is reportedly denying the charge.
